Wahl-O-Mat
Im Jahr 2016 werden in fünf Ländern neue Parlamente gewählt: In Sachsen-Anhalt, Rheinland-Pfalz und Baden-Württemberg am 13. März, in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern am 4. September und in Berlin am 18. September. Die bpb arbeitet daran, für alle fünf Wahlen einen eigenen Wahl-O-Mat bereit zu stellen. Die Versionen für Sachsen-Anhalt, Rheinland-Pfalz und Baden-Württemberg werden zwischen dem 16. und 19. Februar veröffentlicht.

Mit den Formaten "Wer steht zur Wahl?" und "Fakten zur Wahl" liefert die App Kurz-Profile aller Parteien und Wählervereinigungen sowie die wichtigsten Fakten und Informationen zur Wahl.
Der Wahl-O-Mat steht jetzt für die Bürgerschaftswahl in Bremen 2015 zur Verfügung und wird zu anstehenden Landtags- Bundestags- oder Europawahlen aktualisiert.
Um die App zu nutzen und den Wahl-O-Mat spielen zu können, ist eine Internetverbindung notwendig.
Wahl-O-Mat
Der Wahl-O-Mat ist ein interaktives Angebot, das insbesondere Erst- und Jungwähler spielerisch für Wahlen und Politik interessieren soll. Der Wahl-O-Mat konfrontiert die Nutzer mit 38 Thesen aus unterschiedlichen Politikfeldern, die im jeweiligen Wahlkampf eine Rolle spielen – etwa:
" In allen Gaststätten soll ein ausnahmsloses Rauchverbot gelten." Die Nutzer können sich zu diesen Aussagen zustimmend, neutral oder ablehnend positionieren oder die These überspringen.
Im Anschluss berechnet der Wahl-O-Mat, welche Parteien und Wählervereinigungen dem Nutzer mit Blick auf die Thesen am nächsten stehen und wie weit andere Parteien von den eigenen Positionen entfernt liegen.

Das Wahllexikon enthält über 100 Begriffe und Stichworte zu den Themen Wahlen, Politik und Parteien. Von Abgeordnete über Kumulieren bis Zweitstimme!
Wahlergebnisse
Wie hoch die Wahlbeteiligung bei den letzten Wahlen war und welche Parteien wie abgeschnitten haben, zeigen mehrere Grafiken. Außerdem informiert die App mit Diagrammen über aktuelle Umfrageergebnisse.
Push-Benachrichtigungen
Mit einer Push-Benachrichtigung informiert die App über wichtige Ereignisse zur Wahl. So werden die Nutzer z.B. an den Termin der Wahl erinnert und erhalten letzte Infos zur Wahl. Die Push-Benachrichtigungen können deaktiviert werden.

What was the voter turnout in the last election and which parties have cut off, show multiple graphs. In addition, the app provides information with diagrams of current survey results.
Push notifications
